How I work

Three engagement models. The structure depends on what is missing from the deal team.

Embedded Head of M&A

For buy-and-build platforms with an active add-on pipeline and no senior in-house deal capacity. Six to eighteen months on the platform team. End-to-end execution on add-on acquisitions.

Deal-Lead Mandate

Project-based M&A execution for sell-sides, carve-outs and and buy-side processes. NBO to term sheet, diligence, binding bids, negotiation, SPA, signing, closing mechanics. Three to six months from term sheet to close.

Independent Sponsor Partnership

Co-execution with sourcing-strong search funds, solo GPs and family offices on proprietary deals. I run the end-to-end workstream from joint approach through diligence to close.

About me

20-year background as M&A professional and subsequently principal investor in a listed / PE-backed, EUR30B+ wholesale and foodservice platform. Trusted advisor for management boards and shareholders with a focus on strategic finance and value accretive capital allocation.

Primary focus is consumer business deals in B2B foodservice, wholesale distribution, and Tech / 2B and 2C eCommerce across DACH and CEE. Adjacent verticals are specialty retail, food and beverage manufacturing, and last-mile logistics. Vast background in general industrials.
